I have not posted the results of the tele-study (drumming) circle immediately. Many people who have heart about it, found it not only good but also helpful and important. So I will now, and continue over the next weeks to share what we receive. Especially as with the many new control and enforcement measures in various countries people’s fear is increasing and the courage and hope they had are shrinking. This is not what we need right now. Only when we are free inside we can make a difference.
27.3.2020 Tele-study circle. Joined intention: To ask the allies and/or the spirit of Covid-19 what it is we have to change (personally, collectively, globally) – as it was clear from the beginning that there will be no return to how it was before Corona.

The earth is tired, like you, you unhappy humans. She is going to cleanse. She is going to rejuvenate – with or without you. Like she has done it for aeons, again and again. Birthing herself out of herself. A blue and green planet born and reborn by love.
Look at yourselves and take stock of what you have been doing to yourselves, to each other and the Earth. See the mess you created. With your egoistic attitudes, behaviours, thoughts, feelings, that infiltrate everything, that poison you within, that make you stiff and close your hearts, that make you cold and distant, emotionally dead, and that are killing the planet you live on.
Look at your too fast a lifepace, too much wanting and desiring materiality, too much pollution inward and outward, the hysterical noise you are making, the insanity of it all.
I am wild and chaotic and thrive on chaos. You won’t catch me – but you might catch a glimpse of me at the fire. I am like the great ancient Pan. I don’t care whether you die – you die anyhow one day. Yet, I am not seeking death, either – quite the contrary. I bring death but offer you a life in its fullest form at the same time.
If you want to live in your highest vibration, with utmost freedom and pure joie de vivre, then
Let me show you the whole world.
Let me take you down under the sea between the coral reefs.
Let me take you high up in the atmosphere
Let me take you into the dark womb of the cosmos
Let me take you deep inside yourselves

You might not survive coming with me but otherwise you die by the forces that want to control me. The old kings will not fall willingly. Only if you are like the light nothing can kill you.
I am not malicious but simply show you a mirror to look at yourself. to see your vulnerabilities and fragilities and your light alike.
I give you the chance to change. To change yourself, to become who you are by nature. To change your relationships, to soften and open your hearts, to become permeable, to break out of the marching rows, to leave your cocoons and dance with each other in colourful clothes.
I am a wake up call to stop and to remember:
Stop focussing on the gaps between you, on the polarities between male and female, life and death, good and bad. Stop being so critical to yourself and others.
Remember your light, your spiritual practice, the ancient paths, the land, the Earth your mother, nature.
I am a wake up call to simplify your life and to make it sacred again.
I am a wake up call to re-centre, to open your instincts, to feel and live your passion.
I am not your friend but I can help you change perspectives. I can help you to see through your illusions. I can help you find out what it means to be the tree, the bear, the sun, the river, the eagle, the crow, the woodpecker, the snake… … what it means to be the musical notes in the waterfall or the musical mechanical tune coming out of the conveyor belt… I can help you rejuvenate again, to live more gentle and in a life giving way, full of love and gratitude.

From your head into the golden cave of your heart and the golden cave of your womb. (As a man you have a spiritual one, too)
Meld your judgements in their fiery light of love and forgiveness into a stream of tears, releasing all grief – known and unknown to you why you held it – that washes you into the in-between.
It is there we have to endure to be, in the neither-neither, at the place of unformed magic, of peace and power, where all dualities dissolve (male-female, light-dark, good-bad, beautiful-ugly, etc).
There, in the in-between, become aware of who you are – stripped by the old known, with nothing to do.
It is at that place in-between
Your body starts humming by itself.
Your song sings the path of your true self.
You find your way home to your spiritual ancestors.
It is there
You become aware of the plants and that like the plants you also are being pushed by the Earth upwards.
You become aware of the animals and that like the animals you also are pure, full of integrity and without any doubts.
You become aware of the stars and that like all life on earth you are constantly fed with their energies
It is there
You see your indestructible light in all its colours, quirkiness, playfulness, and power.
You see that your light is part of a light chain.
You see that that light chain is interconnecting us as light beings through all ages, through past-present-future, through time and space.
Only from there the next step can be done
Like a baby in its little shoes
Slowly and yet utterly sure
Full of joy and playfulness
Surrounded by our allies, always guiding us safely
Dancing together with the green juices and the stellar rays
Into a new world.
A message from someone called White Eagle (from 16.3.2020) is making the rounds. There is no source to be found and it may be that this text is not from a Hopi. Still, it is a great text, because it is healing when individuals all over the world connect themselves with the Earth and the Sky and activate their power and enjoyment of life.
This moment humanity is going through can now be seen as a portal and as a hole.
The decision to fall into the hole or go through the portal is up to you.
If you repent of the problem and consume the news 24 hours a day, with little energy, nervous all the time, with pessimism, you will fall into the hole. But if you take this opportunity to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others, you will cross the portal.
Take care of your homes, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual House.
When you are taking care of yourselves, you are taking care of everything else. Do not lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis, have the eagle aspect, that from above, and see the whole; see more broadly.
There is a social demand in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and lack of meaning.
You were prepared to go through this crisis. Take your toolbox and use all the tools available to you.
Learn about resistance of the indigenous and African peoples: we have always been and continue to be exterminated. But we still haven’t stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire and having fun. Don’t feel guilty about being happy during this difficult time.
You do not help at all being sad and without energy. You help if good things emanate from the Universe now. It is through joy that one resists. Also, when the storm passes, each of you will be very important in the reconstruction of this new world.
You need to be well and strong. And, for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy and bright vibration. This has nothing to do with alienation.
This is a resistance strategy. In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest for vision. You spend a few days alone in the forest, without water, without food, without protection. When you cross this portal, you get a new vision of the world, because you have faced your fears, your difficulties …
This is what is asked of you:
Allow yourself to take advantage of this time to perform your vision seeking rituals. What world do you want to build for you? For now, this is what you can do: serenity in the storm. Calm down, pray every day. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day.
Good things emanate; what you emanate now is the most important thing. And sing, dance, resist through art, joy, faith and love.
